Linky Party!

This is exactly one of the reasons why we started a blog! Oh' Boy Third Grade is having a Linky Party!
Let's start with Melissa's good!

Melissa's favorite part about one of the desks in her room is the love notes the students leave on it!

Melissa also loves how she has two computers her school district provides all of the teachers with! A laptop and a desktop!

The Bad:

Melissa's secret stash of sweets! This sounds so good but it is BAD! In Health/Science, we are learning about nutrition and good health. Shh! Don't tell my students! (In my defense the HUGE bag of Skittles is for a math activity tomorrow!)

And the Ugly!

So many ideas, so little time! Look at all these random manipulatives/crafts Melissa has "hidden" behind her desk! Eggs, fabric, boxes, themed napkins, cones...the bin is filled with them. I just don't have the time to implement everything that I have an idea for!

Now for Nicole's good! I love putting fabric on my desk to brighten things up (too bad you can barely see it with all the piles of paper!!) and I love, love, love my cookies sign!

Now for the bad!
I have a slight problem organizing all of the papers I seem to collect (notice the slight tip of the bottom storage unit-one of these days it's going to tip!). And, as for the pole---it's still from when we did Holidays Around the World. I keep "forgetting" to take it home.

And, now for the ugly!!

I really have a problem putting things away...I'm more of the piler-upper type! On the bright side, if you want something, odds are I have it in one of my drawers!

thanks so much for joining my party!!! I LOVE your desks and if I didn't tidy mine up before the ONE pic I took we could be twins :)

My paper sorter was leaning like that too... I took it apart one day and put it back together with some extra glue. It's been good as new ever since.
