I love the idea of getting out your old report card! How funny!!!!!! :) I'd have to look at mine. I probably wouldn't have very great citizenship because I was a CHATTER BOX! :)

I also do a "self-reflection"! I call it a "self report card". My students love doing it and the parents LOVE seeing it!

Hi, ladies! Try clicking on the link below the document instead of the actual screen shot of it. That should fix it!!

My district has an envelope that is used for both the 1st and 2nd trimesters. After parents have received the envelope, they take out their child's report card, sign the envelope, and return it to school. Not only is this a great way to send report cards home safely, but it provides a record of parents receiving the report card for both the 1st and 2nd trimester. I like sealing the envelope with a large, colorful sticker. :)

Love this. I am an art teacher and would love to turn this into the classroom teacher with the "specialist" grade. Would it be possible for you to email me this form in an editable format - would just love to tweak a word or two to fit my art classroom. Wonderful work, thank you so much for sharing. :)

I was wondering if you could tell me how to download the document student self-reflection sheet --- When I try to download it or attach it in an email the smiley faces appear as a big black blur. If you could email it to me that would be great.
