I love your promises idea! I think using that word will really help kids feel like they are a part of our classroom family! Promises are hard to keep in the summer. It is kind of a lazy time for me! Love the glittery clothespins and the adorable dog in the picture. I bet he smiles in person! ;) My promise to myself this summer was I was going to remove all the landscaping rocks in my front yard without calling a landscaping company. Happy to report, my front yard is rock free! :)
